1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nooranbar.com with your order number and a clear photo of the product issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used beauty/cosmetic products

  • Nail polishes and nail care tools

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

  • Inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank—there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet.
Once your order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo or video of the damaged item

We will review your claim and send a replacement or issue a refund if eligible.
